The Association has its Offices in all the States of the federation such as Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Benue, Ebonyi, Kogi, Ogun, Ekiti, Nasarawa, Kwara, Ogun, Ondo,Kano and Abia State etc. the Cross River State Secretariat of DELVAN is located at No. 5 Ikot  Eneobong Crescent, 8Miles, Calabar and the Headquarters at No. 8 Okposhi Street, Okpudo Layout, Odiabidi Town, Rivers State with Annex at Wuse Area II Abuja, Nigeria.​
